A dedicated wife, mother, and woman of faith, her journey began in a junior school in the village of Serule and has since blossomed into a global mission of empowerment and leadership. She is not just a beauty queen but a humanitarian leader, a mentor, and a powerful voice for the African girl child.
Ontifile’s passion for service has been a constant thread throughout her career. In 2020, her journey at the Mrs. Botswana pageant culminated in the Compassionate Award, a recognition of her deep commitment to humanitarian work.
That same year, she represented Botswana at Miss Beauty Africana, showcasing not only the nation’s beauty but also its rich culture and dignity on a continental platform. She firmly believes that a crown is more than just a title, it is a platform for transformation.
This belief is the foundation of her work at Spirit Beauty Academy, where she serves as Director. The academy is dedicated to grooming young girls and women, equipping them with the confidence and personal development skills needed to succeed. Her expertise has even taken her beyond Africa’s borders, where she has trained and managed models on international platforms.
Ontifile’s dedication has earned her significant global recognition. In July 2025, she was honored with the Humanitarian Excellence Leadership Award by BTA GLOBALX, a Singapore-based organization. This was followed by her appointment as a GPPI Peace Ambassador for the Global Prosperity and Peace Initiative, a USA-based organization. These accolades are a testament to her unwavering commitment to using her platform to foster peace, prosperity, and purpose across the globe.
As a speaker, she has also made her voice heard on important issues. At the Milestone Global Conclave and Awards Dubai 2024, her address on “Girls for Green” underscored the crucial role of sustainable education in empowering young girls to become future leaders.
Her roots in the culturally rich village of Bobonong remain a powerful source of inspiration. She draws on the values of respect, unity, and community instilled in her childhood to fuel her work.
Through her global presence, she is showing the world that even from the smallest places, global dreams can rise. She is proving that pageantry and modeling can be tools for development and change, showcasing Botswana’s untapped potential to a global audience.
As a member of Africa One Identity and a dedicated Peace Ambassador, her message to the continent is clear and powerful: Africa is one heartbeat, one legacy. She advocates for a unified Africa where cultural heritage fuels progress and where young people see themselves as leaders of a thriving continent.
